Welcome to Healing Sex PDX

Healing Sex PDX is a professional group of Portland, Oregon based sex-positive practitioners that support clients in their sexual, erotic and intimate wellness through body-based experiences. We include somatic sex educators, sexological bodyworkers, somatic sex and intimacy coaches, tantra practitioners, surrogate partners, sacred intimates and more.

We seek to educate the public about body-based approaches to sexual healing, provide space for practitioners to advertise their services and increase access to workshops, groups and events.

WHAT DOES SOMATIC MEAN?

Coming home to the body
Our professions represent different scopes of practice and different ways of working with clients, but the common thread is that we teach and support through working directly with the body.  This can include developing mindful awareness of the body and its responses, working with breath, sound and movement, experiential exercises, touch and more.
